One of South Florida’s original modern, abstract and artistic furniture store. Constantly evolving and changing, “never stagnant” has always been our motto. We are a family business that is passionate about helping create a very contemporary and unique space inside or out. A personable, friendly experience, our clients always interact with one or more of the family not just a salesperson. Our products come from Europe, Canada, and of course United States.
Custom capability is another aspect of our business for both residential and commercial spaces. Our philosophy has and will always be providing our customers with quality furnishings that we ourselves would put in our own homes at the best possible price.
History:
Contrast Furniture was born in 1991 in Pompano Beach, Florida, by two family members that saw something different, more modern, a little “funky” and edgy with color. Our west coast family had a small upholstery manufacturing facility in California that began to make this vision come alive by designing and customizing sofas, sectionals, made to order and to certain comfort levels. This was the beginning of offering the public something unique and an expression of each individual client.
Having a very mixed international feel in Florida, allowed us to create a benchmark for one of the first Hi Tech, modern furniture retail stores in the state of Florida. Fast forward to today and we are still applying our vision to our clients from all over the globe with the most unique and artistic furniture we can find.
Why we don’t sell our furnishings online:
Because nothing beats sitting on your potential new couch or actually seeing how your feet feel while rested on the coffee table. Plus, you should always have the ability to see, touch and feel the products. And of course taking the items home immediately, it’s another benefit of shopping at Contrast Furniture.
